Ruth A. Hall, 91 of Avon, IL passed away Sunday July 29, 2012, at Cottage Hospital Galesburg, IL. She was born June 10 1921 the daughter of John and Jesse Taylor Lund. She married Robert Miller who later died in WWII, she then married Delbert Hall on April 1949.

Ruth is survived by her daughters Sally (Ron) Hoy of Onarga, IL, Jean (Charles G.) Cameron of Ellisville, IL, Peggy (Jim) Simpson of Marthasville, MO; sons Gary (Un Chong)Hall of Edgewood, WA, and David Hall of Oklahoma City, OK; stepsons Rodger (Sherry) Hall of Knoxville, IL, and Leon (Debbie) Hall of Crystal Lake, IL; 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 3 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and 1 son (Marvin Hall).

Graveside service will be Wednesday August 1, 2012, 11:00 am at the East Midway Cemetery, London Mills, IL, family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 am at the Corman Memorial Home Avon, IL. Pastor Don Miller of Coal Creek Bible Church is offciating. Memorials may be made to the Avon Methodist Church. Please sign the online guestbook at www.cormanmh.com.
